Your Role

We are searching for a Software Quality Specialist to ensure the highest quality of our wellness products. This role involves collaborating with HW, SW, and production engineering teams, managing test plans, and executing both manual and automated tests to guarantee software reliability and performance.

Your Impact

• Work closely with HW, SW, and production engineering teams during project development.
• Utilize various testing tools effectively
• Manage projects using appropriate methodologies and tools
• Create, maintain, and update test plans for assigned projects
• Create and maintain documentation related to software bugs
• Perform manual and automated tests on software applications
• Conduct reliability and regression tests on software applications
• Officially release software versions to suppliers and the market
• Manage problem-solving and after-sales tickets
• Ensure the highest quality for the best wellness products in the world

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. Experience of, or a proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable, along with excellent account management/solution selling/strategic thinking/relationship skills.

What you should bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field
• Proficiency in digital and IT tools
• Knowledge of bug tracking and reporting tools
• Familiarity with test design tools
• Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium)
• Ability to write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts with Katalon Studio Enterprise
