Job summary

Berlin Packaging seeks an experienced EMEA Procurement Director to own the sourcing strategy and lead the central procurement function across regions. The role defines category priorities, governs supplier relationships, and aligns with cost, supply security and sustainability objectives.

You will lead Category Managers and Sourcing Managers, collaborate with Sales, QHSE and Finance to deliver savings, and enable international growth in a fast-paced, global organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of procurement/sourcing experience in a distribution, packaging or industrial environment.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define, own and deploy the EMEA sourcing strategy aligned with CSCO EMEA agenda.
• Lead central procurement: Category Managers, Sourcing Managers, Senior Buyers and Buyers.
• Govern strategic and corporate supplier relationships at EMEA level and guide regional sourcing alignment.
• Drive cost savings and margin improvement through strategic sourcing, negotiation and TCO optimization.
• Own procurement KPIs and report savings to executives.
• Ensure supply continuity and risk management across regions through governance and supplier development.
