Job summary

Prada Group is seeking a senior leader to head Vendor Management & Procurement Operations. You will ensure our supplier base across Regions complies with regulations and that Procure-to-Pay processes deliver high-quality data and timely results.

You will build and lead a team, manage onboarding, contracts, spend alerts, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR and Sustainability to drive continuous improvement in international procurement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in managerial Vendor Management roles.
• Experience designing onboarding and qualification processes across regions.
• Strong knowledge of cross-functional compliance including cybersecurity and sustainability.
• Experience with end-to-end P2P and data quality practices.
• Able to engage senior stakeholders across Finance, Legal and HR.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Vendor management & Procurement Operations team and oversee KPIs across Regions.
• Own supplier onboarding, qualification and exit processes, aligned with regulations and best practice.
• Ensure data quality on contracts and purchase orders, and P2P compliance by internal functions and suppliers.
• Support purchasing planning with alerts on expiring contracts and spending per supplier.
• Manage weekly reporting (transactions, spend, backlog, buying-channel usage) and escalations on supplier health.
• Design and manage communication with suppliers and user support on Ivalua.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR, CISO, Internal Audit, Sustainability and regional business functions.
