Qualifications

• 6+ years in managerial Vendor Management roles in international environments.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional compliance including ethics, finance and policies.
• Hands-on with end-to-end P2P processes and data quality practices.
• Experience leading teams and developing talent in transforming organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Vendor management & Procurement Operations team and external consultants, setting and monitoring KPIs across Regions.
• Own supplier onboarding, qualification and exit processes, aligning with regulations and best practice.
• Ensure data quality on contracts and purchase orders, and compliance with P2P rules by internal functions and suppliers.
• Support purchasing planning with alerts on expiring contracts and spending per supplier.
• Manage weekly reporting (transactions, spend, backlog, buying-channel usage) and escalations on supplier health.
• Design and manage communication with suppliers and the handling of user support requests on Ivalua.
• Drive P2P digital solution adoption.
• Work closely with Finance, Legal, HR, CISO, Internal Audit, Sustainability and Regions.
