Job summary

Fortidia is seeking a Shipping Solutions Product Manager in Milan to accelerate growth and adoption of its shipping solutions across the MBE Network. You will drive product strategy, partner management and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, IT, Legal and Learning & Development.

The role focuses on freight, pallet shipping, international wine shipping and cross-border duties/taxes solutions, with opportunities to expand. Reporting to the Product Director Shipping & Fulfillment.

Qualifications

10+ years in Product Management, International Shipping, Freight Forwarding, or similar international environments.
Strong understanding of shipping services and logistics solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration across international teams.

Responsibilities

Define and execute strategy for assigned shipping solutions across the MBE Network.
Coordinate product launches, commercial roll-outs and adoption initiatives across countries.
Develop product guidelines, commercial toolkits and training materials for Product Owners and MBE Centers.
