• Content creation skills including video editing and graphic design are a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Collaborative spirit with appreciation of diverse perspectives.

At our Milan Headquarter we are looking for a Marketing & Communication Intern who will support the Marketing & Communication team in strengthening Fortidia’s institutional and internal communication across the Group.

The role will contribute to creating clear, engaging, and effective communication initiatives to keep employees informed and connected, while supporting the visibility and consistency of the Fortidia and Mail Boxes Etc. brands.

The Communication Intern will report to the Marketing & Communication Senior Manager.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Internal Communication

• Support Fortidia HQ with internal communication activities (messages, speeches, announcements, etc.) targeting employees across the Group’s global offices (10 corporate offices in 9 countries: US, Australia, Italy, the Netherlands, UK, Spain, Germany, France, and Poland).
• Contribute to internal communication initiatives such as newsletters, email communications, videos, and internal social media content supporting Fortidia’s strategy, business priorities, and brands.
• Update and upload content on the corporate intranet and internal communication platforms.
• Support local teams in the organization of internal events, both in person and online,
• collaborating with different departments.
• Propose new ideas and initiatives to foster employee engagement, team spirit, and internal collaboration.

Institutional Communication

• Support institutional communication activities for Fortidia and Mail Boxes Etc. across online and offline channels.
• Contribute to company profile updates and brand communication across multiple touchpoints.
• Support content creation and review for websites and blogs.
• Contribute to the editorial planning and content creation for Fortidia’s LinkedIn channel.

Network Communication

• Support the drafting, editing and review of commercially focused communications for the Mail Boxes Etc. Entrepreneur Network.
• Liaise with different departments to gather information and inputs for Network communications, ensuring content is accurate, clear and consistent.
• Format and upload news content to the newsletter platform and support the preparation and distribution of Network communications.

Skills and experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Design, Graphics, or related fields.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with digital tools such as email marketing software, graphic design tools, and CMS platforms (WordPress).
• Content creation skills, including video editing and graphic design (Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Premiere) are a plus.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Collaborative spirit, with appreciation of diverse perspectives
• Bold, passionate, tenacious and curious mindset, not afraid to explore new ideas and challenge the status quo in pursuit of better solutions

Compensation: €700 monthly salary
