Job summary

Durst is seeking an International Service Technician to travel globally, install machines, solve technical issues, and train customers. You will also liaise with development, engineering, assembly, technical documentation, and the demo center, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The role involves about 50% travel, English communication, and collaboration with multiple internal teams in a dynamic, high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of a technical secondary school or comparable professional experience.
• Willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 50%).
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Competence and pleasure in dealing with customers.
• Presentation skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out service assignments (installation, briefings, repairs, maintenance) worldwide.
• Telephone and remote support for fast problem solving and support of service partners.
• Documentation of service assignments (reports, travel logs, entries in tools).
• Collaboration with other service areas (telephone service, training, documentation).
• Technical meetings and interface with internal departments.
