Kubota Italy is seeking a Commercial Back Office Specialist to strengthen its Sales Support team. The role supports sales inspectors, dealers, and management with daily administrative and commercial tasks, including order entry, price verification, and document handling.

The candidate will manage orders, monitor delivery times, update price lists, and assist management with data analysis in an international, dynamic environment. Strong Excel skills and professional English are required.

Competenze

• Experience in commercial or administrative back office.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Accuracy, teamwork, and service orientation.
• Professional English.

Mansioni

• Provide support to sales inspectors, dealers, and management in daily administrative and commercial activities.
• Enter and manage orders; verify prices and discounts; update price lists.
• Monitor order progress, delivery times, and documentation (CE certificates, invoices).
• Update Excel files and sales figures; assist in data analysis and generation of statistics.
• Manage main phone line, welcome visitors, and communicate with dealer network.
• Perform small translations and support management with data extraction.
