Ajax Systems is a leading security manufacturer seeking a Sales Operations Administrator in Torino, Italy. You will act as a primary contact for customers on sales-related inquiries and support contract administration, orders, and customer service.

The role involves logistics coordination and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless sales processes. The ideal candidate has customer-facing experience, is fluent in Ukrainian and Italian, and proficient with Excel/Google Sheets.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service and handling sales-related documents.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data tracking.
• Excellent language skills in Ukrainian and Italian.

Mansioni

• Be a contact person for customers with sales inquiries and provide high-level service.
• Support Business Development within the organization.
• Provide administrative and technical support for contracts, customer service, and order history management.
• Register and forward contracts and relay information to stakeholders.
