Ajax Systems is a leading security manufacturer seeking a Sales Operations Administrator in Torino, Italy. You will act as a primary contact for customers on sales-related inquiries and support contract administration, orders, and customer service.

The role involves logistics coordination and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless sales processes. The ideal candidate has customer-facing experience, is fluent in Ukrainian and Italian, and proficient with Excel/Google Sheets.

• Coordinate shipping of goods with logistics and production.

Key responsibilities:

• Be a contact person for our customers with sales related and other inquiries, provide a high level of service
• Support the Business Development function within the organization
• Provide administrative and technical support for contract administration, customer service, and order history management
• Register and forward contracts, provide relevant information to our key stakeholders
• Manage the process of shipping goods to customers in cooperation with the logistics and production departments
• Additional administrative tasks associated with Sales Operations

Requirements:

• Experience working with customers and managing sales-related documentation
• Experience working with ERP systems (1C, SAP, or Comarch ERP would be an advantage)
• Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian and Italian languages
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, logistics, or administration
