Ajax Systems is a leading security manufacturer based in Europe, offering end-to-end solutions for homes and businesses. The role focuses on customer engagement, contract administration, and sales operations support within a fast-paced, global team in Rome, Italy.

You will handle customer inquiries, support business development, and manage contract documentation and order history, collaborating with logistics and production to ensure timely shipping and accurate records.

Competenze

Experience working with customers and managing sales-related documentation.
Experience working with ERP systems (1C, SAP, or Comarch ERP would be an advantage).
Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets.
Strong knowledge of Ukrainian and Italian languages.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, logistics, or administration.

Mansioni

Be a contact person for our customers with sales related and other inquiries, provide a high level of service
Support the Business Development function within the organization
Provide administrative and technical support for contract administration, customer service, and order history management
Register and forward contracts, provide relevant information to our key stakeholders
Manage the process of shipping goods to customers in cooperation with the logistics and production departments
Additional administrative tasks associated with Sales Operations
