OverIT is a leading global SaaS provider offering Field Service Management software across Europe and North America. The role focuses on end-to-end project planning, execution, and client engagement in a dynamic, international setting.

You will lead project teams, manage stakeholders, and drive successful delivery while coordinating with technical groups to meet customer requirements. The position supports location-flexible, smart working across Italy and involves travel within the DACH region.

Competenze

• PM experience in an IT environment, ideally SaaS or system integrators.
• Consulting mindset or customer-facing experience is advantageous.
• Experience managing cross-functional, international projects.

Mansioni

• Define objectives, scopes, and deliverables for projects.
• Lead project teams, assign responsibilities, monitor progress and guide the team.
• Engage stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure transparent communication.
• Identify risks early and support mitigation throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through audits and improvements.
• Support project delivery, wrap-up, lessons learned, and final reporting.
• Collaborate with technical teams to align with customer requirements and identify opportunities.
