E80 Group, a multinational specializing in automated intralogistics, seeks a Software Project Manager to oversee software delivery from requirements to go-live. You will coordinate multiple software teams and ensure smooth integration with Automation and on-site users at the customer plant.

This is a permanent full-time role with a gross annual salary starting from €40,000, based on experience, plus up to 40% smart working.

Competenze

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Automation Engineering, or related fields.
Experience in software project management or delivering complex IT solutions.
Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and DevOps applied to software development.
Familiarity with test automation, continuous integration, and test-driven development practices.

Mansioni

Deliver end-to-end software solutions from requirements to go-live.
Coordinate development, testing, integration, and release activities across multiple software teams.
Own and maintain the solution backlog with traceability across builds and releases.
Refine backlog items with Business Analyst and Development Team Leaders.
Schedule activities across iterations considering deadlines and capacity.
Manage dependencies across departments in the software delivery pipeline.
Promote incremental releases through small, frequent deployments.
Coordinate integration tests before on-site release phases.
Lead reviews, demos, and retrospectives to validate progress and risks.
Coordinate integration with external systems.
