Perfetti Van Melle is seeking a Group RDQ Quality & Food Safety Manufacturing Manager in Lainate to define and drive global manufacturing quality standards across production sites, ensuring products meet food safety requirements and deliver superior consumer experiences.

You will lead global quality strategy, harmonize practices, implement HACCP and IWS, work with Operations, Engineering, and R&D, and oversee corrective actions for major incidents.

Competenze

• Degree in Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Microbiology, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing quality, food safety, operations, or quality management within FMCG/food.
• Proven experience leading quality programs across multiple sites and regions.
• Deep understanding of GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and GFSI requirements.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, SPC, QA and CI methodologies.
