Perfetti Van Melle is seeking a Group Quality Management System Associate Manager in Lainate, Italy. The role integrates Quality, Food Safety, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D, and Regulatory to strengthen risk management and product excellence.

The candidate will lead a global QMS, drive digital transformation, and harmonize processes across regions, with a focus on governance, dashboards, and KPI implementation.

Competenze

• Degree in Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality, Food Safety, Quality Systems, or Operational Excellence in FMCG or food industry.
• Proven experience designing and implementing global Quality Management Systems across regions.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and GFSI standards.
• Strong governance, performance management, and risk management understanding.
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives and enterprise quality systems.

• Define and maintain global end-to-end QMS strategy and framework.
• Develop and govern global policies, standards, procedures, and requirements.
• Align QMS with business objectives, consumer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
• Harmonize and simplify quality processes across regions and sites.
• Design and implement global QMS governance including roles and escalation.
• Facilitate governance routines like reviews and quality councils.
• Monitor governance effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment Quality, Operations, R&D, Procurement, Regulatory.
• Define global quality performance framework with KPIs and dashboards.
• Lead integration of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP, GFSI into QMS.
• Monitor risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Support crisis, incident, and corrective action governance.
• Monitor audit outcomes and drive systemic improvements.
• Integrate QMS tools across manufacturing sites and functions.
• Promote automation, analytics, and digital solutions to improve efficiency.
