Perfetti Van Melle is seeking an experienced Global Quality and Food Safety Supplier Associate Manager in Milano. You will design and steward QA and FS programs across our worldwide suppliers, driving continuous improvements and ensuring compliance with PVM policies and relevant regulations.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and R&D to align quality objectives and strengthen supplier relationships, ultimately delivering safe, high-quality products across the global

Competenze

• Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality and food safety, preferably in a global supply chain context.
• Strong knowledge of QA and FS standards and regulations.
• Experience with Supplier Quality activities (approval, performance evaluations, audits, agreements).
• Certified auditor certificate is a plus.
• Proven leadership to drive quality initiatives across the organization.

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA and FS programs across the global supply chain.
• Lead audits and risk management activities for supplier quality.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics to identify trends and improvements.
• Identify, mitigate, and communicate quality and FS risks with cross-functional teams.
• Provide training on quality standards to suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain and expand the Global Supplier Database.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and R&D to align objectives.
• Communicate Q&FS requirements to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage supplier-related complaints and authority requests.
• Promote Q&FS culture across suppliers and internal partners.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality and food safety practices.
