Perfetti Van Melle is expanding its European team and seeks a Global Quality Management System Associate Manager to define and implement the End-to-End QMS framework worldwide. You will collaborate with Quality, Food Safety, Operations, R&D, and Regulatory to harmonize standards across regions.

The role drives governance, risk management, and continuous improvement, leveraging automation and digital tools to support quality excellence and business growth.

Competenze

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality, Food Safety, Quality Systems, or Operational Excellence within FMCG or food industry.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP and GFSI standards.
• Experience designing and implementing global Quality Management Systems across regions.

Mansioni

• Define and maintain global End-to-End Quality Management System strategy and framework.
• Develop and govern global policies, standards, procedures, and requirements for quality and food safety.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment between Quality, Operations, R&D, Procurement, and Regulatory.
• Lead the integration of ISO, FSSC, GMP, HACCP, and GFSI into the QMS framework.
• Promote automation, analytics, and digital solutions to improve efficiency and transparency.
