Job summary

Crea3D is seeking a Purchasing & Invoicing Specialist to strengthen the administrative team in Ruvo di Puglia, Italy. You will manage supplier relations, oversee procurement, and handle invoicing and accounting workflows across an international supplier base, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, accurate financial processes.

You will monitor supplier performance, support cost analyses, and contribute to process improvements within a dynamic 3D printing and scanning

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics and Management, procurement focus preferred.
• Experience in international environments or supplier management is advantageous.
• Excellent IT and ERP system skills with strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Use ERP/MRP systems for demand planning, purchasing forecasts, and inventory optimization.
• Manage an international supplier portfolio and monitor KPIs.
• Identify new suppliers, compare costs and conditions.
• Oversee deliveries, follow-ups, and supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure supply chain efficiency.
• Supervise accounts payable cycle from PO to payment deadlines.
• Liaise with accountants, banks, and external consultants and organize docs.
