Job summary

Granstudio in Turin is seeking a Purchasing Specialist with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to manage sourcing and procurement for diverse projects. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate needs into market requests and evaluate suppliers for cost, quality and delivery.

The role involves logistics coordination in Italy and abroad, and a proactive approach to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• Experience coordinating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase professional and technical services, including engineering consultancy and external specialist support.
• Procure components, materials, prototypes and technical supplies for projects.
• Manage indirect purchases and office supplies to support daily operations.
• Coordinate with technical teams to translate needs into clear market requests and supplier comparisons.
• Negotiate prices, terms, timing, quantities and contracts; monitor orders and supplier activity.
• Oversee logistics with freight forwarders and shipments in Italy and internationally.
