Hitachi Energy Italy S.p.A. in Genoa invites a Global Product Manager to lead the strategy and vision for the control and automation product line within the Power Conversion Solutions portfolio.

You will own the roadmap, lifecycle management, and business cases to drive growth while collaborating with global teams. You will shape product requirements across energy storage, renewable integration, grid code compliance, and OT cybersecurity, communicating with customers and forums to influence

Qualifications

MSc/BSc in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
7+ years of hands-on experience with power conversion systems and grid automation.
Strong knowledge of grid codes, OT cybersecurity and control systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the global product roadmap for control and automation.
Identify market growth opportunities and define market requirements.
Build business cases for new product developments.
Translate requirements into specifications for R&D.
Ensure compliance with grid codes and cybersecurity.
Travel internationally ~20% of the time.
