Zusammenfassung

HITACHI ENERGY ITALY S.P.A. is seeking a Global Product Manager to lead the strategy and vision of the control and automation product line within the Power Conversion Solutions portfolio.

You will define and maintain the product roadmap, manage lifecycle, and build compelling business cases to drive growth across energy storage and renewable integration domains. The role requires 7+ years in power conversion, grid automation, and OT cybersecurity.

Qualifikationen

MSc/BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
7+ years of hands-on power conversion and grid automation experience.
Knowledge of LV/MV/HV equipment, RTUs, SCADA, PLCs.

Aufgaben

Develop and maintain the global product roadmap for the control and automation product line.
Define strategy and build business cases to drive growth.
Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams across regions.
Ensure compliance with grid codes, cybersecurity and OT standards; travel ~20%.
