Bending Spoons in Milan seeks a talented, driven, and collaborative individual to help manage exceptional administrative operations as the company scales across Europe. You will work on acquisitions, reorganizations, legal restructuring, and employee benefits, using automation and AI to streamline processes.

This role demands strong judgment, resilience, and a proactive mindset to navigate diverse jurisdictions while upholding high ethical standards.

Qualificações

Reasoning ability to solve complex problems from first principles, identifying details that matter.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate administrative workstreams for new office launches and due diligence on local requirements.
Steer people-side of administrative operations for acquisitions, reorganizations, legal restructuring, and share option plans.
Stay updated on workplace laws and regulations; ensure compliance across organizations with external consultants.
Develop and implement exceptional employee welfare and benefits initiatives.
Manage offers, onboarding, and offboarding end-to-end, including visa support and AI-enabled workflow automation.
