Job summary

Bending Spoons in Milan, Italy, is seeking a talented, driven, and collaborative professional to join our People Operations team. You will help steer the people side of our administrative operations across our fast-growing European organization.

You will manage offers, onboarding, and offboarding end-to-end—from negotiation and visa support to administrative updates—while driving welfare initiatives and compliance with international laws.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support new office launches by coordinating the administrative workstream and due diligence

• Manage offers, onboarding, and offboarding end-to-end with automation and AI tools
