i-Tech Industries, Granarolo (Bologna) with base locations in Singapore or Taiwan, seeks an International Business Developer to drive the brand’s growth in luxury Spa, Beauty, Wellness and Medical markets. You will build and manage an international distributor network, open new markets, and strengthen strategic partnerships.

The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with Marketing to support the global expansion strategy.

Formación

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience in international business development and managing distribution networks.
• Excellent command of English (C1) and Chinese (C1); knowledge of a third language (B2) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new distributors and partners in assigned international markets.
• Open new markets and develop business opportunities.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing distributors.
• Negotiate commercial agreements aligned with management strategies.
• Monitor distributor performance and propose improvement actions.
• Represent the brand at international trade fairs and events.
• Collaborate with Marketing on commercial support in assigned areas.
• Operate with autonomy in developing the assigned markets (EMEA) and generate new opportunities.
