World Food Programme (WFP) seeks a Senior Programme Lead for the One Payroll (SAP S/4HANA) to drive an end-to-end payroll consolidation project. You will lead cross-functional workstreams across TEC, HR, CFO and Country Offices, ensuring a phased rollout, data migration, and robust governance.
Strong change management and stakeholder engagement are essential. Required: advanced degree in IT/Business/Finance, 10–12 years in ERP/SAP programmes, and experience with global, multi-stakeholder
Competenze
- Advanced university degree in IT/Business Administration/Finance is required.
- PMP/PRINCE2/Agile or equivalent certification is desirable.
- 10–12 years of progressive project/programme management experience in ERP/SAP implementations is required.
- Experience with global, multi-stakeholder programmes is essential.
- Experience with Workday, HR/payroll, or shared services transformation is desirable.
