The World Food Programme (WFP) seeks a CST HR & Payroll transformation specialist to support the One Payroll Programme from Rome, Italy or remotely. The assignment runs through 31 December 2026 with potential extension based on needs and funding.

You will provide functional HR and payroll system support, coordinate testing, data quality, and change management to ensure uninterrupted payroll operations across the organisation.

Competenze

• Advanced degree in HR, Economics, Engineering, CS, Business, Mathematics or Finance.
• Post-graduate experience in HR is preferred.
• Experience with data analysis and system deployment is valuable.

Mansioni

• Support One Payroll implementation and payroll transformation projects across HR and payroll processes.
• Document requirements and validate system capabilities.
• Coordinate testing (system, integration, UAT) and ensure readiness for go-live.
• Assist cutover activities and payroll validation during deployments.
• Support change management and training activities for new processes.
