World Food Programme (WFP) in Rome, Italy, invites applications for a Senior Programme Lead – One Payroll (SAP S/4HANA) to drive end-to-end SAP payroll transformation within a complex, multi-country environment. The role reports to TEC and collaborates with HR, CFO, and country offices.

Advanced degree required; 10–12 years in ERP/SAP project management, with strong leadership and change-management skills. English fluency essential; other languages a plus.

Competenze

• Advanced university degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent certification desirable.
• Fluency in English. Knowledge of Spanish, French or Arabic a strong asset.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the One Payroll Programme with SAP consolidation and upgrade.
• Serve as primary coordination point across TEC, HR, CFO, and Country Offices; support governance materials.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, manage scope, requirements and controlled changes.
• Identify and manage programme risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Lead detailed budget planning, forecasting, and financial tracking; optimize resource use.
