World Food Programme (WFP) seeks a CST HR & Payroll Transformation professional to support its One Payroll Programme. You will provide operational payroll support while helping modernize and harmonize payroll processes across the organization.

You will assist with business analysis, requirements gathering, process design, system testing (including UAT) and cutover activities, ensuring data quality and continuity.

Competenze

• Advanced university degree in HR, Economics, Engineering, CS, Business Administration, Mathematics or Finance.
• Alternatively, a first-level university degree with relevant work experience.
• 3–5 years of post-graduate professional experience in Human Resources.
• Interest in international humanitarian development.
• Experience in data analysis, business analysis and system testing/deployment is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Provide operational payroll support and help harmonize payroll processes globally.
• Assist in business analysis, requirements gathering and process design across HR/payroll functions.
• Prepare and execute system testing including UAT and support cutover/go-live activities.
• Contribute to change management, stakeholder communications and end-user training.
• Ensure data quality and integrity in HR/payroll operations and act as liaison for HR users worldwide.
