ABB Robotics seeks a global O2C Transformation Lead to shape end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and drive standardization across 50+ countries during a major SAP S/4HANA rollout. You will own the global blueprint and partner with Finance, Sales, Service, IT and transformation leaders to enable a scalable operating model.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, order management, or finance process roles in a multi-country environment.
• Proven experience leading O2C design and standardization as part of SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Strong SAP expertise with SAP SD and FI-AR process design knowledge and master data impact.

• Own the global O2C process design and continuous improvement across order management, billing, collections, cash application, and dispute management.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA process transformation and ensure global process consistency across rollout waves.
• Balance global standards with local requirements and governance for country-specific variants.
• Define operating model and KPI framework, ensuring collaboration with ABB teams and external providers.
• Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and working capital optimization.
