Job summary

ABB Robotics seeks a Business Transformation Manager to lead enterprise platform strategy and governance, aligning ERP and S/4HANA initiatives with ABB Robotics' target operating model.

You will drive the business side of SAP S/4HANA transformation, ensure business objectives guide technology decisions, and partner with IS and business leaders to realize value. The role is Europe-based with a hybrid working model and significant cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise platform or ERP transformations in global organizations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of enterprise business processes and data.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise platform strategy, roadmap, and governance in alignment with ABB Robotics' strategy and operating model.
• Lead business ownership of ERP/S/4HANA and other strategic platforms, ensuring requirements are integrated before solutions are defined.
• Drive standardization to enable scalable enterprise solutions and reduce customization.
• Align stakeholders across Business Lines, Functions, and IS to drive enterprise-wide decisions and outcomes.
• Ensure business readiness, change adoption, and realization of productivity and scalability benefits from platform transformations.
• Manage platform dependencies across roadmaps and future growth initiatives to maintain alignment with long-term strategy.
• Lead and develop the Platforms team across a network of stakeholders and partners.
