Job summary

ABB Robotics is seeking an experienced O2C Transformation Process Owner to shape the future Invoice-to-Cash landscape across 50+ countries. You will design harmonized I2C processes, enable scalable operations, and drive best-practice adoption in billing, AR, collections, cash-app, and dispute management.

You will partner with business, finance, and technology stakeholders to ensure deployment readiness and adherence to global O2C standards; hybrid work model across Europe is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Invoice-to-Cash, accounts receivable, billing, or related finance process roles.
• Hands-on experience designing or configuring Invoice-to-Cash processes in SAP S/4HANA, FI-AR, and leading workshops/fit-gap assessments.
• Good understanding of I2C master data and enabling technologies.
• Experience with shared-services or outsourced delivery models.
• Structured problem-solving and analytical thinking; clear stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Design future-state I2C processes across billing, accounts receivable, collections, cash application, and dispute management.
• Lead requirements gathering and fit-gap activities; facilitate workshops and translate into SAP S/4HANA designs.
• Drive solution realization across deployment waves with cross-country teams.
• Ensure testing, defect resolution, and go-live readiness.
• Define I2C process standards, controls, and data requirements; align with data owners.
• Contribute to end-to-end O2C blueprint and collaboration with the O2C Process Lead.
