ABB Robotics seeks a Global Transformation Process Owner for Order-to-Cash. You will shape and lead the O2C strategy during a major SAP S/4HANA rollout across 50+ countries, owning the end-to-end blueprint and ensuring scalable, compliant operations.

Collaborating with Finance, Sales, IT, and transformation leaders, you will define governance, KPIs, and ways of working with internal teams and the BPO partner, driving standardization and ongoing optimization.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in Order-to-Cash or finance processes in manufacturing, multi-entity environments.
• Led SAP S/4HANA transformations across deployment waves or geographies.
• Strong stakeholder management across finance, IT, and business teams.
