Vertiv Holdings is seeking a strategic Global Services NPDI leader to drive end-to-end development and service readiness for Vertiv products. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Operations and regional teams to embed service requirements into launches and life-cycle activities.
The role requires leadership of cross-functional programs across regions, balancing priorities and delivering scalable service capabilities, with travel domestically and internationally.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline with strong program management background.
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional NPDI or product/service deployment projects.
- Proven ability to coordinate global teams and manage complex schedules and risks.
Mansioni
- Lead NPDI governance and stage-gate activities across Global Services and regions.
- Define scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering and Operations.
- Ensure alignment with service strategy and deployment requirements.
- Develop and track service readiness plans and documentation for launches.
- Monitor progress, dependencies, risks, and resources; escalate as needed.
