Vertiv Holdings seeks a seasoned leader to drive Global Services NPDI initiatives, delivering end-to-end development, service readiness, and global deployment of Vertiv products. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and regional service teams to embed service requirements into launches and lifecycle activities.

You will manage cross-functional programs across multiple regions, balancing priorities and delivering scalable service capabilities to enable deployment

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, operations, engineering, or product development.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience with NPDI, product development, or service operations.
• Strong planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with geographically distributed teams and multiple functions.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in dynamic environments.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and drive actionable outcomes.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Mansioni

• Lead Hardware + Services NPDI and Service-Only NPDI projects from intake to launch and service readiness.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Global Services, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and regions.
• Develop service readiness plans for new products and services.
• Establish launch readiness criteria and monitor progress through stabilization.
• Maintain project status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Identify capacity constraints and coordinate resource planning with Global Services leadership.
• Support portfolio reporting and provide visibility into project health.
• Contribute to PMO process improvements.
• Serve as primary Global Services contact for NPDI initiatives.
