Vertiv Holdings is seeking a strategic, execution-focused leader to drive Global Services NPDI initiatives, aligning product launches with service readiness across regions. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and regional service teams to embed service requirements into launches and life-cycle activities, managing complex, cross-functional programs.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, operations, engineering, or product development.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience with NPDI, product development, or service operations.
• Strong planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with geographically distributed teams and multiple functions.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in dynamic environments.
• Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

• Lead NPDI governance and stage-gate activities, identifying risks and readiness needs.
• Coordinate readiness activities including documentation, procedures, training, tools, spare parts, and regional capabilities.
• Support design transfer, product introduction, and global service implementation.
• Establish launch readiness criteria and monitor progress through stabilization.
• Maintain project status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Provide leadership with clear recommendations and escalation paths when at risk.
