Vertiv in Piove di Sacco, Italy invites applications for an NPDI Project Manager. You will oversee cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, manufacturing, and operations to drive new product development and engineered-to-order projects from inception to launch.

The role emphasizes managing scope, schedule, and budget while achieving cost and time-to-market targets. A PMP is preferred, with up to 20% travel within Europe and a strong HVAC/industrial background is desirable.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master preferred).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project/Program Manager in a structured organization.
• Understanding of the product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Smartsheet.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end project management for new product development and customization projects.
• Ensure projects follow NPDI processes and manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and execute plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation; manage risks and dependencies.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure adequate staffing for projects.
