Dainese is seeking a Consumer Care Specialist to join the Digital & E-commerce Department. You will support global consumers on ecommerce orders, returns, product info, aftersales and warranty, and assist with product customization, services and repairs across channels.

You will collaborate with logistics, stores, and couriers to resolve issues, review product feedback, and help maintain the quality of Dainese’s online customer experience, including marketplace operations.

Competenze

• Fluent in German and English; other languages a plus.

Mansioni

• Handle inbound/outbound emails, calls, and chats from global consumers about orders, returns, and warranty.
• Ensure responses align with SLAs and coordinate with logistics for shipments.
• Collaborate with stores and couriers to resolve issues.
• Assist with product information, reviews, and Q&As.
• Proofread text for Dainese, AGV, TCX sites.
• Support marketplace operations (Amazon, etc.) and basic accounting tasks.
