Dainese, a global leader in protective equipment and apparel for motorcycling and dynamic sports, is seeking a Legal Specialist – Contracts & Litigation to join the Legal Department. You will support contract management and litigation initiatives, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel to safeguard the company’s interests.

The role requires a Master’s Degree in Law, 3–5 years of experience, strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, and fluent English.

Competenze

Master’s Degree in Law.
3–5 years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department.
Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work autonomously in an international environment.

Mansioni

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of contracts (commercial, marketing, sponsorship, retail, e-commerce, procurement, logistics, IT, finance, and real estate).
Support contract lifecycle with policy alignment and risk mitigation.
Support domestic and international litigation, disputes, claims, and pre-litigation matters with external counsels.
Collect, review, and organize documentation for litigation and settlements.
Monitor deadlines and dispute-related activities with internal and external advisors.
Coordinate with external law firms, ensuring timely execution aligned with priorities.
Administrative and back-office support, including budget monitoring and archives.
