Dainese, a global leader in protective equipment and apparel for motorcycling and dynamic sports, seeks a Legal Specialist – Contracts & Litigation to join the Legal Department in Veneto, Italy. The role focuses on contract management and litigation management, coordinating with internal teams and external counsels.

The successful candidate will draft and review a wide range of contracts, support the contract lifecycle, and manage domestic and international litigation, while ensuring compliance

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in Law.
• 3–5 years in law firm or in-house, with contract and litigation exposure.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts across business areas.
• Solid knowledge of civil, commercial, contract and litigation matters.
• Experience supporting litigation and coordinating with external counsels.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work autonomously in an international environment.

Mansioni

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of contracts.
• Provide contract lifecycle support ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Support domestic and international litigation management with external counsels.
• Collect, review, organize documentation and records for litigation.
• Monitor proceedings, deadlines, and dispute activity with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external law firms and advise on strategic priorities.
• Administrative support including budget monitoring and document archives.
