AVENTA is seeking a Global Mobility Assistant to manage international staff deployment from its Milan office. The role combines mobility coordination with strict compliance to visa, safety, and travel policies, working in a hybrid setup.

The candidate will oversee end-to-end mobility processes, coordinate travel, handle expenses, and maintain documentation. Fluency in Italian and English, strong Excel skills, and experience in Oil & Gas or Marine settings are preferred.

Competenze

• Experience in travel administration, logistics coordination, or project support—preferably in Oil & Gas, Marine, or similar environments.
• Languages: fluent Italian and English (spoken and written).
• Strong MS Office skills; familiarity with ERP platforms or travel-booking software is a plus.

Mansioni

• International Travel Coordination: manage end-to-end travel logistics for offshore crews and remote sites.
• Expense Administration: review and process travel expense claims with projects and finance.
• On-Assignment Support: be the go-to contact for deployed staff and handle last-minute changes.
• Documentation Management: keep personnel files, contract end-dates, and work permits current.
