Bracco Imaging S.p.A. is seeking a Global Director of Marketing Operations to elevate marketing impact by modernizing strategy, processes, data management and measurement across the organization.

You will drive the CX CoE and partner with global and regional teams to translate product vision into executable launch plans and campaigns. The role focuses on governance, training, and tooling to build a cohesive marketing DNA across regions, with strong emphasis on ROI, innovation, and scalable

Competenze

• 10+ years of marketing experience, including global and regional roles.
• Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Proven expertise in data analysis and measuring ROI.
• Experience designing or leading a Center of Excellence (CoE) or shared-services function.
• Strong knowledge of customer journey mapping, segmentation and personalization.

Mansioni

• Develop a comprehensive Marketing Operations strategy aligned with global and regional goals.
• Lead the Global CX CoE, roll out CX playbooks, VoC, NPS, and personalization frameworks.
• Oversee end-to-end marketing planning, budgeting, and ROI assessment.
• Define and implement KPIs and measurement frameworks for marketing performance.
• Govern data privacy and compliance across marketing operations and CX initiatives.
