The role collaborates with R&D, product platforms, and regional franchises to ensure a consistent brand experience across channels.

You will drive content definition, digital marketing, events, PR, and agency partnerships, leveraging AI-powered tools and analytics to optimize ROI and demand creation globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred in marketing or healthcare management.
• Strong leadership with matrix-organization experience and global mindset.
• Proven ability to drive digital marketing and content strategies across regions.

Responsabilités

• Oversee external marketing campaigns from brief to delivery aligned with strategy, brand, and growth priorities.
• Determine tactics for each marketing challenge including content marketing, branding guides, and digital channels.
• Elevate Bracco brand awareness using thought leadership, PR, programmatic advertising, and social media across regions.
• Collaborate with product platforms, R&D, and global marketing to implement communication strategies for portfolios.
• Champions MarTech adoption and analytics to improve ROI and demand creation.
