Bracco Imaging seeks a Global Director Marketing Communications, Content Strategy & Brand to lead worldwide marketing communications, content strategy, and brand integrity across channels. Hybrid Milano role reporting to CMO, overseeing campaigns, events, digital strategy, and MarTech investments.

You will drive demand creation, KPI dashboards, and ROI optimization, collaborating with R&D, product platforms, and regional teams; travel 30–40%.

Formación

• 8–10 years marketing experience in healthcare with global exposure.
• Digital marketing expertise and hands-on marketing automation.
• Strong customer journey mapping and personalization skills.
• Cross-functional leadership in matrix organizations.
• Willingness to travel up to 30–40%.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee best-in-class external marketing campaigns from brief to delivery.
• Elevate Bracco brand awareness across channels and markets.
• Lead events and exhibits planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Drive omnichannel digital communication and UX improvements.
• Develop KPI dashboards to measure ROI and optimize spend.
