Job summary

SC Johnson Italy is offering an Internship in Customer Marketing based at Arese, Milan, Italy. The role sits within our Customer Marketing Team and supports brand programs for Glade, Duck, Mr Muscle, and other names to drive sales and share.

You will work with local Sales and Category teams and align with the Regional Marketing team in Switzerland. The position provides exposure to cross-functional projects and hands-on analytics, reporting, and creative activation to grow ecommerce and offline

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc degree in Business Administration or similar.
• Fluent in Italian & English.
• Strong analytical skills and curious to learn in cross-functional role.
• Proactive with ownership of work and good communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Marketing programs for brands (Glade, Duck, Mr Muscle, Pronto, Kiwi, Autan, Raid).
• Collaborate with local Sales and Category teams to identify priorities and insights.
• Develop analytics, reports and materials for sales meetings and online/offline assets.
• Assist digital activation, social media campaigns and e-commerce assets.
• Support cross-category in-store activation plans and project work.
