SC Johnson is offering an Intern Analyst position in Supply Planning based in Arese, near Milan. You will support replenishment plans, manage inventory levels at distribution centers, and collaborate with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing sites.

This role is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to start a career in international FMCG supply chain. You will learn to optimize inventory, analyze data, and drive ERP/process improvements while engaging with Customer Service and

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Economics or Supply Chain Management is required.
• Fluency in English and Italian is required.
• Proficiency in general Office software with advanced Excel skills is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Craft action plans to optimize inventory locations.
• Deliver inventory analysis and reports using ERP and other tools.
• Track inbound shipments from manufacturing and suppliers.
• Ensure products are available at warehouse and manage weekly replenishments.
• Support supply planning from a regional perspective.
• Drive ERP and process improvements.
• Engage with Customer Service and local supply chain teams.
• Participate in reviews on operations, quality, and improvements.
• Update monthly KPIs and perform root cause analysis on supply chain losses.

About the Team/Department

Responsibilities:

Jump into the action with our Supply Planning Team and learn to:

• Craft action plans to optimize inventory locations
• Deliver insightful inventory analysis and reports using ERP and other tools
• Track inbound shipments from manufacturing and suppliers
• Ensure products are available at warehouse and manage weekly replenishments
• Support supply planning from a regional perspective
• Drive ERP and process improvements
• Engage proactively with Customer Service and local supply chain teams
• Participate in and organize regular reviews on operations, quality, and improvements
• Update monthly KPIs and perform root cause analysis on supply chain losses

Experience You’ll Bring:

• University degree in Engineering, Economics or Supply Chain Management
• Fluency in English and Italian
