Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Front-Line Sales Executive to drive growth in the passenger ship segment across Europe, Asia and the Americas.

You will cultivate shipyard and operator relationships, promoting HVAC, fire safety and control solutions while aligning with regulatory standards. The role requires a proven B2B sales track record, international project experience, and the ability to travel ~20–30 days annually.

Competenze

• Proven track record in B2B sales within marine or maritime equipment sectors.
• Extensive international sales experience with newbuild projects.
• Strong understanding of the passenger ship ecosystem and procurement cycles.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for passenger ship market across regions.
• Build relationships with shipyards, owners, and operators; represent JC at events.
• Identify opportunities in Europe, Asia, and the Americas; manage CRM and forecasts.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to tailor solutions.
• Travel internationally ~20–30 days annually.
