Johnson Controls is seeking a Life Cycle Solutions Leader for HVAC Europe to drive lifecycle and systems growth across Industrial Refrigeration. You will connect sales, product management, service, and operations to embed lifecycle solutions in the sales motion and expand long-term service revenue.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to influence a complex, matrix organization to deliver profitable growth and portfolio performance across Europe with MEA

Competenze

• Demonstrated track record in commercial leadership, product/portfolio management, or solution sales.
• Strong understanding of systems sales and lifecycle service business models.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across sales, product management, service, and operations.

Mansioni

• Partner with regional Field teams to identify market opportunities and prioritize growth segments.
• Own portfolio performance across Europe including product performance, win-rate trends, and margin development.
• Lead New Product Introduction strategy for lifecycle and systems portfolio; define requirements with GPS.
• Drive pricing strategy and commercial discipline across the region; use competitive insights to improve win rates.
• Collaborate with L&D and GPS to strengthen commercial and technical capabilities; enable sales teams.
• Act as strategic partner to sales on must-win deals; support value proposition development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate with S&OP to provide accurate demand planning inputs; align with factory production.
• Drive KPI governance across pipeline, forecast, win rates, and revenue; ensure transparent decision-making.
• Support regional product and lifecycle launches (OpenBlue / Smart Ready) and ensure go-to-market execution.
• Embed lifecycle and digital solutions into the portfolio with Service Growth and Global LCS teams.
