Job summary

Baker Hughes in Florence seeks a Production Controller for the Custom Stator Cell to drive on-time delivery across Florence and Massa plants. You will manage master schedule inputs, coordinate supplier activity and lead cross-functional teams to remove bottlenecks. Strong ERP, data analysis and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field with strong experience in production control, planning, supervision or sourcing.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a global-matrix environment.
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a large manufacturing unit among Florence/Massa plants and manage supplier relations.
• Participate in weekly production meetings to share information with internal customers and stakeholders.
• Track short-term and mid-term plans against Master Schedule and planning cycles.
• Utilize ERP (Oracle) to identify material requirements and optimize inventory.
• Oversee cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks, material shortages and capacity issues.
• Develop and improve digital tools with system engineers and software developers.
• Track key deliverables (OTD, VTC, inventory turns, WIP aging).
