Baker Hughes is seeking a Production Controller in Italy to deploy the master production plan into detailed schedules, align with demand, and drive improvements across manufacturing operations. You will coordinate with supply chain, procurement, logistics, quality and engineering to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree and experience in production planning, with strong ERP/MRP and MS Office skills, and the ability to work across a matrix
Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or Manufacturing.
- Experience in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations.
- Proficient in ERP/MRP and MS Office; strong analytical skills.
Responsabilidades
- Deploy master production plan into detailed schedules aligned with demand.
- Manage and update production schedules to optimize resources.
- Monitor progress, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Quality and Engineering.
- Lead daily production reviews and recovery plans for shortages and bottlenecks.
- Maintain WIP levels and inventory accuracy to improve turns and lead times.
