Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and experience in production planning or supply chain management, with strong analytical skills and ERP/MRP/MS Office proficiency. Italian fluency is expected, with English preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
• Experience in Production Planning, Production Control, Manufacturing Operations, or Supply Chain Management.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive process improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams; proficient in ERP/MRP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deploy the master production plan into detailed execution schedules aligned with demand and priorities.
• Prepare, manage and update production schedules to optimize resources and meet fulfillment targets.
• Monitor progress, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions to keep schedules on track.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Quality and Engineering for material availability and flow.
• Lead daily production reviews and drive recovery plans for shortages, bottlenecks, and overdue orders.
• Oversee WIP and inventory performance; support actions to improve turns and reduce lead times.
• Ensure alignment with plans, priorities, and plant KPIs; drive continuous improvement in planning processes.
